Ben was great - clear, calm, informative, cooperative. It was a hard situation and they made it better. Easy administrative stuff and they were careful in my space. (Bathroom was a puzzle to put back together, and so I wish I'd been looking over their shoulders as they took it apart. But that wasn't really feasible.)

We called Ben who came the same day. He kept us informed every step of the way. Always took time to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with the process. They did aid quality work and were very trustworthy. Hope we never need this type of service again, but will call Ben again if we do.

I can't say enough about the level of service that PuroClean provided! My dishwasher leaked all over my kitchen floor and ran into the basement and Ben and his team responded within an HOUR of my call. Aside from drying everything out in 2 days, they also helped me through the claim with my insurance company and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Nobody ever wants to have a water damage,but if you do you I would absolutely recommend PuroClean!!

PuroClean was fantastic! Ben went out of his way to accommodate me. He was willing to meet me early or late in the day so I didn't have to take time off from work. He let me know that I could contact him at anytime if I had questions or problems.

We had a great experience working with Ben at PuroClean in Beaverton for water damage/mold in our crawlspace. With two young babies at home, it could have been intrusive having people in/out of our house during the clean up process, but they made it painless and easy. Ben was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When the work was done, he went above and beyond and shampooed the carpet around the crawlspace. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience working with them. They provided quality service and we highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Puroclean. Ben not only took what I believed was an impossible job and restored our dining room chair but he went up and beyond to actually re-store it to what it looked like when I first bought it. My 2 year old used a blue pen to turn our cream colored chair into her own masterpiece. We thought it was ruined until Puroclean got a hold of it. Unbelievable! My wife and I were like, "lets get him to do our entire house." Not only will you get an honest, upfront quote. But Ben (Puroclean) will make sure you have an experience that can leave you believing that there are incredible companies and people out there that exist to help you and not just take advantage of you for their own sake. I will use Puroclean (Ben) on every restoration job I need in the future. Highly, Highly recommend.
